Vivo has confirmed the launch of a new V-series smartphone. The company launched Vivo V25 Pro as its new premium smartphone in the V-series earlier this year. The vanilla V25 5G was also unveiled in Thailand. While the V25 Pro 5G is available for purchase in India, Vivo did not launch the vanilla model simultaneously. The company has now confirmed that the V25 5G will debut in India soon.

Vivo V25 5G comes in Black, Gold and Blue colours. The phone will go on sale in several countries like Cambodia, and it has started selling blind in Thailand ahead of its August 25 launch.

The Vivo V25 5G is the vanilla version of the Vivo V25 Pro that was launched in India earlier this week. Vivo’s upcoming handset was also recently spotted in a hands-on video. It will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 5G SoC and feature a 6.44-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display. The smartphone will run Android 12 out-of-the-box. Vivo V25 5G will come with 8GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage.
For optics, the smartphone sports a triple rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, the Vivo V25 5G will house a 50-megapixel selfie camera.
