Realme entered the tablet segment last year with the launch of its first-ever tablet called the Realme Pad. Earlier this year, the company announced a new Realme Pad Mini. While both of these were budget centric tablets, now Realme has unveiled the Realme Pad X. The Realme Pad X is a mid-range tablet with Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 series chipset, 2K display, large battery, and fast charging.
The Realme Pad X also comes with support for a stylus called the Realme smart stylus and smart keyboard. Apart from that, Realme also announced the case cover for the Realme Pad X. Let’s take a look at the Realme Pad X’s price, specifications, and other details.
Realme Pad X: Specifications and Features
The Realme Pad X sports an 11-inch 2K resolution and a 60Hz screen refresh rate. It is an LCD panel with a hardware-level anti-blue light feature. The display comes with a 5:3 aspect ratio, 2000 x 1200 pixels resolution, and up to 450 nits brightness. Under the hood, the Realme Pad X is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC with a clock speed of up to 2.2GHz and it comes with an integrated Adreno 650 GPU. The tablet comes with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also supports up to 512GB of micro SD cards.
Further, the Realme Pad X is backed by an 8,340mAh battery unit with support for 33W fast charging. In the camera department, there is a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie camera on the front for video calls with a 105° wide-angle lens and portrait centring function.
The tablet also supports stylus input and Realme calls it the Realme Pen support. It comes with 4096 level sensitivity. The device comes with a quad-speaker setup with support for Dolby Atmos. The tablet measures just 7.1mm thick and it weighs 499 grams. Other features include Android 12 based on Realme UI 3.0 for Pad, Hi-Res audio support, Type-C port, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
The Realme smart stylus magnetically attaches to the tablet and the keyboard also comes with a magnetic mechanism. The smart stylus is priced at CNY 499 (~Rs 5,700), the keyboard costs CNY 399 (~Rs 4,600) and the cover case costs CNY 99 (1,100).
Realme Pad X: Price in India and Availability
The Realme Pad X starts at CNY 1299 (~Rs 15,000) for the 4GB+64GB variant and the 6GB+128GB is priced at CNY 1599 (~Rs 18,400). During the initial sale, the tab will be priced at CNY 1199 and CNY 1499 for the 4GB and 6GB variants respectively. The tablet will go on sale in China starting next week. The Pad X comes in three colour options 一 Black, Green, and Blue.
