OnePlus has plans of launching multiple smartphones this year. The company has been focusing on expanding its affordable category namely ‘Nord’ devices portfolio across the globe. According to fresh developments, a new Nord device could be coming soon. This upcoming Nord device we are talking about could be the rebranded Oppo A57.

On top of this, the company has already launched the OnePlus 10 Pro flagship and OnePlus 10R (OnePlus Ace in China) affordable flagship smartphones. Now, it looks like the company is looking to launch an ultra-affordable smartphone, which could be a rebranded Oppo A series device. The upcoming OnePlus 4G smartphone has been spotted on FCC revealing some details of the device as well as the rebranding.

The Upcoming OnePlus Phone Could be a Rebranded Oppo A57 4G

The FCC document has revealed a couple of features of the upcoming OnePlus smartphone. Here, the filing says the new OnePlus smartphone will have a new battery cover with the OnePlus branding. It’ll also pack a red USB cable and tweak the cameras and the OS. Plus, the design would remove the audio jack.

As per a report by MySmartPrice, an unspecified OnePlus handset has surfaced on the FCC database. OnePlus CPH2469 is said to measure 163.74×75.03×7.99mm and pack a 5,000mAh battery. The smartphone could as well support SuperVOOC fast charging. It is listed to offer Bluetooth, dual-band Wi-Fi, and dual-SIM support. There is as well said to be a related document from Oppo requesting the rebrand of a handset, expected to be the Oppo A57 4G, down the OnePlus name.

Based on these specifications obtained from FCC, it looks like this forthcoming OnePlus 4G phone could be a rebranded Oppo A57 4G, which was launched a few days back in Thailand. In the camera department, the device sports a 13MP primary camera, 2MP depth sensor, and an 8MP selfie snapper. The phone comes with 3GB RAM and 64GB of storage onboard.
