The Lava Agni 5G was launched as “the first Indian 5G smartphone” with a Taiwanese chipset back in November, and the phone has some intriguing mid-range specs, such as a quad-cam setup on the back, big 6.78” LCD with Gorilla Glass on top, and 90 Hz refresh rate. India’s own smartphone brand “Lava” had recently officially announced on Monday that it will offer Realme 8s owners a chance to get the Agni 5G for free in exchange for their existing smartphone. Under its new promotional campaign, called “Realme exchange offer with Agni” that’s launching today. Lava will give you an Agni 5G phone for free in exchange for Realme 8s regardless of the variant you own.
How to exchange Realme 8s for Lava Agni
In terms of specs, both the smartphones are almost similar. Each of two devices has its own silent features. While Lava offers a near-stock Android experience and a combo of extra memory and storage, the Realme 8s brings fast charging on the table and a slightly better brand name to back it. This outlandish offer is aimed at getting some additional media coverage; however, we do expect Realme to respond as well – and we will wait.
