ROG Phone 6 Ultimate Listed on Geekbench
The device appears on the popular benchmarking website sporting model number AI2201_F and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The new upgraded flagship processor features four cores clocked at 2.02GHz and four cores at 3.19GHz, ready to take on all the gaming challenges you want to throw at it. The ROG Phone 6 spots Adreno 730 GPU. and will run on Android 12 out of the box.
In the last-gen gaming series, only the ROG Phone 5 Ultimate had 18GB of RAM and we expect the same with the ROG Phone 6 series. The major differentiators between the vanilla, Pro, and Ultimate models have been in terms of RAM and additional gaming features in the past.
Asus ROG Phone 6 Specifications
As for the other specs, the ROG Phone 6 series is expected to feature a 6.78-inch OLED display, rocking a Full HD+ resolution, and a stunning 165Hz display refresh rate. As we already mentioned above, the powerful and mightly Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 is the SoC to power the device. Other leaks indicate that a massive 6,000mAh battery cell will make your gaming sessions longer. and will 65W fast charging support.
The triple camera setup at the back might include 64-megapixel primary camera. The front might see a 12MP camera. Other than that, we can expect the device to bring dual stereo speakers, a VC cooling chamber, and more.
Pricing and Availability
The Asus ROG Phone 6 is tipped to start at EUR 799 (roughly Rs. 65,703) in the European market. After its global debut, it is expected to arrive in India. The device will be sold via Flipkart.
